General

All of our products are handmade; because they are not mass produced or machine made there are natural flaws and variations between our handmade products, which is part of their unique nature.

All measurements are approximate.

Where possible we will ensure that all information on the web site including descriptions of the products, prices and information is as accurate and correct as possible at all times. However as mistakes can arise we will resolve these mistakes as soon as possible; we will not be liable to you for any errors on the web site.

The colours which are shown on the products on the web site will depend on display settings on different computer screens.

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure) including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.

Ordering and Payment

Stock items can only be purchased from our Ebay shop, whilst bespoke made to order items can only ordered directly by contacting us using the contact details (mobile telephone, email address) on the Knogley Shoes website.

We accept payment by Paypal or cheque (made out to ‘Elizabeth Humphreys’). Payment for stock items purchased through our Ebay shop must be received within 5 working days of the auction end. Payment terms for bespoke made to order products should be discussed before commencement of the commissioned work.

We do our best to represent the products as accurately as possible, so please look at all the pictures and read the description carefully before bidding.

When you place a bespoke order with us we will collect some necessary information, which includes your personal details, order information, and your address details. This is required for us to complete your order. This information is only used for processing and delivering your order to you, and is not used for any other purposes or given to any third parties.

Items will be shipped within 3 working days of payment clearing.

If a problem arises with your order just email or call us to resolve the issue in a timely and friendly manner.

Any delivery estimates given on the web site or by email are estimates only.

All prices and charges are charged in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges apply.

UK delivery will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and will need to be signed for. If you require international postage you should contact us for the relevant rate.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on all stock items, i.e. those items offered for sale via the Knogley Shoes Ebay shop.

We do not accept returns on made to order goods, i.e. bespoke items ordered by you. However we will ensure that made to order goods are constructed to meet your requirements in terms of fit and design.

We do not refund postage.

Goods must be returned unused and in original condition.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting and use an insured postal service if you need to send your goods back to us; please contact us by email or call us before posting so we can look out for the parcel.
